IMPORTANT NOTES:
Clients are responsible for providing finishing materials such as towel bars, light bulbs, hooks, shelves, etc. ODDJOB.CA does not supply these items. The cost of consumables like drywall, compound, screws, and anchors is included in all line items.

–  Prices may be adjusted without prior notice if necessary or appropriate.
–  There is a $75 minimum charge.
–  Additional fees, such as parking, may be added to the final invoice.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Cancellations or rescheduling within 24 hours of the appointment may incur a cancellation fee.

PAYMENT DETAILS:
Payment is due upon completion of the job. Job costs may be adjusted based on conditions encountered by the technician. The technician has the sole discretion to modify, add, or remove items from the job. By scheduling your project, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined above, as well as our company’s general Terms and Conditions.
