Onsite assessments are typically required for projects that are larger or more involved than others. This is a visit from our Project Estimator, who will come to your site, do a walkthrough with you; ask all their questions, answer all of yours.
For projects of a certain nature, this is the best way to provide you with an accurate estimate. Our fee for a highly experienced Project Estimator to assess your needs is $75 which is reimbursed on approved projects over $500.

We offer a best-in-industry 2-year warranty on work carried out by our highly trained technicians.

However, we advise customers to provide any finishing materials like faucets, light fixtures or curtain rods to ensure they get exactly what they want. We are happy to source items for you if provided with enough information.
We carry all provincial, federal and municipal licenses, are fully covered by WSIB (Workplace Safety and Insurance Board) and carry $5 million in general liability insurance.

Small jobs usually require only one technician; larger or more complicated projects may require additional team members to complete the work.
We offer a secure online payment portal that all our customers have access to through their client hub. When you receive your invoice, there is a big green button that says Review and Pay Invoice, click that, you will be taken directly to our payments page. There is also a list of payment methods and process on every invoice we sent out, just in case you forget.
We then provide them with additional training at our very own Odd Job Academy. Our techs are lifetime learners always hungry to acquire and share the newest and best techniques in our industry.

Clients are responsible for providing finishing materials such as towel bars, light bulbs, hooks, shelves, etc. ODDJOB.CA does not supply these items. The cost of consumables like drywall, compound, screws, and anchors is included in all line items.
– Prices may be adjusted without prior notice if necessary or appropriate.
– There is a $75 minimum charge.
– Additional fees, such as parking, may be added to the final invoice.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Cancellations or rescheduling within 24 hours of the appointment may incur a cancellation fee.
PAYMENT DETAILS:
Payment is due upon completion of the job. Job costs may be adjusted based on conditions encountered by the technician. The technician has the sole discretion to modify, add, or remove items from the job. By scheduling your project, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined above, as well as our company’s general Terms and Conditions.
