Handyman Rates and Payment Methods

On-Demand Projects

Odd Job offers hourly, daily and project labour pricing to meet your needs. For small jobs, we offer 3 levels of technicians – Junior Technician, General Technicians and Sr Technicians in crews of one, two or three starting at $50.00/hr minimum. A once per invoice $55-125. service call fee is applied to all projects ( based on location). Jobs taking more than one hour are prorated to the ¼ hour based on the technicians’ base hourly rate. Naturally, materials, parking, additional costs, and taxes are extra.

Our extensive experience in virtually every area of maintenance and repair services for homes and businesses has given our team a very realistic idea of the costs and time duration of almost every standard project. Keeping estimates as accurate as possible.

Subscription Services

Ask about or Quarterly and Monthly proactive maintenance packages for your home or office.

Long-term Projects

Large projects, such as minor remodelling or minor renovations, will be priced accordingly. Our handyman rates

This will require a project manager to visit your home in advance to conduct an on site estimate. A $60 consultation fee will be charged to cover time and travel costs.

Payment

We accept payment by: Visa, MasterCard, Cash, E-Transfer, and cheque. Please note that our handymen do not carry change.

Cancellation Policy

Please note that we require 24 hours notice to cancel a confirmed appointment. Less than 24 hour notification may be subject to a cancellation fee.
