Odd job came and installed new shut off valves and a bathroom faucet. Although it was ikea it still involved some pipe cutting which I wasn’t excited to do myself. They did a great job. I later sent a follow-up email with a photo and description of the job we were looking to have done and was provided a comprehensive estimate a few hours later. I was really impressed with this company's use of technology, making it easy to approve the estimate online and review the approved quote through a profile they set up for me as a new client. I really appreciated receiving an automated email reminder the day before the job and a text reminder a few hours before the arrival of the handyman, then later receiving an email letting me know the job was complete with the invoice attached and offering several payment options. Their clear communication, upfront pricing, organization, willingness to accommodate scheduling, professionalism and workmanship was top notch! I'll definitely be calling on Odd Job for our next project.

Odd Job did a great job of demolishing and removing an old rotting, termite-eaten door frame, fixing the vapor barrier underneath the frame, rebuilding the frame and installing the door, in honestly a rather wonky basement entrance-way. They also changed the way the door functioned to make sure everything was up to code (solid door, opening outward).

Another thing I appreciated was they did some prep work at their workshop so my day didn't have to be interrupted by a follow-up visit.

I can't stress enough how friendly, organized, prompt, punctual and efficient these guys are, and the workmanship is great as well. Top marks in all areas, really.

This is the 2nd time I've called them and I would call them again for sure.
