Includes:
Dedicated Senior Technician to complete a comprehensive 30-point professional service list (includes tightening, adjusting, moving, hanging, and basic general labour).
Basic drywall, painting, and handyman projects throughout the facility.
Basic plumbing and electrical tasks, millwork, and tiling repairs.
30 minutes for ad hoc to-do’s.
Post visit report.
Up to 1.5 hours per visit.
Choice of 2 or 4 visits per year.
