What you get

We book the visit. You point at what needs fixing.

Four times a year, your technician walks the house with you, then works through the jobs you have been meaning to get to. We are the ones who call to book it in, so there is nothing for you to arrange or chase. Minor parts like screws, caulk, and weatherstripping are on us, and you get a written report of what was fixed before we leave.

Seasonal Maintenance

What we get to, season by season

A rough idea of what your technician looks at through the year.

Spring: shaking off the winter

A walk around the outside, door and window seals, torn screens, caulking, decks and gates, hard-to-reach bulbs.

Summer: keeping things cool and flowing

Leaks under sinks and baths, sticking screens, bathroom grout and caulk, dryer vent clearing, loose handles.

Fall: Getting ready for the freeze

Gutters and drainage, weatherstripping, doors that need adjusting, outdoor taps shut off, smoke and carbon monoxide batteries.

Winter: catching up indoors

Sticking doors, drywall dings, bathroom fixtures, shelving and TV mounting, the indoor list you keep walking past.

Home maintenance plan FAQs for Toronto & GTA

Is an hour on site enough? 

For a planned list, usually. Your technician knows the house and works from a list you send ahead, so no time goes on setup. Proactive and Concierge add 15 or 30 free minutes on top.

What would cost me extra? 

Minor parts are on us. If you want a specific faucet, a custom paint colour, or a specialty fixture, you supply it or we buy it and add it to the bill. If a job runs past your hours, we give you a price before we start.

Can we book more than four visits a year? 

Yes. Add extra visits or a custom schedule when you pay. The cost per visit drops as visits go up.

What if a job needs a licensed trade? 

Your technician handles minor work within scope. If a job legally needs a licensed trade, we flag it, quote it, and bring in a partner we trust.

Do unused visits roll over? 

You have one calendar year from your start date to use all four visits.
